Una vigna e un uliveto reimpiantati agli inizi del duemila, una casa antica ristrutturata con una cantina naturale resa funzionale.

The winery

“… one bottle per plant, and the barrels planted in a four-century-old cellar.”

“… one bottle per plant, and the barrels planted in a four-century-old cellar.”

With its back to the earth and face to the north, the winery is located in the historic centre of the village, between ancient stone walls and chestnut ceilings.
Fermentation begins in steel and ends in wood.
The casks are mainly Garbellotto 550-litre and 1000-litre French oak with light toasting.
After bottling, the wine rests in the cellar for a few more months.
